Greta Thunberg (16) & Pippi: The strongest girls in the world are from Sweden

”The strongest girl in the world” are from Sweden; in the 70’s it was Pippi Longstocking who could lift a horse and scare of both burglars and policemen, today it is Greta the young activist who speaks truth to power about climate change and the need for climate action and not fancy conferences in places like Davos.

And like Pippi became a hero for her generation of children, children all over the world have taken to the streets inspired by Greta to protest politicians lack of action in this grave time of climate change.
